All
the athletes will have to warm up in the designated area at the right
side of the start gantry (looking to the ocean), every athlete must be
out of the water at least 15 minutes before their respective
start. It will not be permitted to warm
up on the swim course, doing it can result in DQ.
All
competitors will be called to the pre start holding pens 15 minutes
before their start. From there you will walk into
the water. All athletes must be body
marked before entering this zone. If you need a new
body marking, you can ask for it under the tents at the athletes area
next to the starting pens. Follow the race
officials instructions and wait for the horn signal to start your race.
